"Amazing Egypt and Turkey Tour" 2011

Terms and Conditions

Each person is responsible for having a valid passport issued within the last 10 years.
It must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the tour.
Egyptian visas for American citizens will be issued at the Cairo airport for $15/$20.
Turkish visas for American citizens will be issued at the Istanbul airport for $20.
Other nationalities must obtain a visa prior to departure.

Revisions / Name Changes:
Any revision or name change must be in writing.
Any changes once travel documents have been issued will result in a $250 per revision /name change.

Roommates: Unless specified, we will choose and supply roommates if possible

Single room supplement: In Egypt $500; In Turkey $400

Due to the unique nature of this tour and the many cultural differences, we reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of our tour. There will be no discrimination based on sex, race, religion or national origin. If at any time during the tour, we determine that anyone’s conduct is detrimental to the group as a whole, that person will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to any refund for services not yet received.

Payment Schedule:
Deposit: $400 per person per country is required to book ASAP.
Once deposit has been received any refund is subject to a $150 processing fee per country
Final Payment: Must be received by Friday, March 25, 2011
Form of Payment: Cashier Checks/Money Orders/Personal Checks

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing.
LAND PRICE - Prior to Departure:
60 or more days $150 cancellation fee per country
59 – 30 days $500 cancellation fee per country
29 – 8 days 50% cancellation fee per country
7 days or less or while on tour No Refunds
Airline tickets are non-refundable

The tour sponsors assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft or other conveyance which is used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will they be responsible for any act, error or omission, or for any injury to person or property, loss, accident, delay or irregularities which may be occasioned by reason of any vehicle, or through neglect of any company or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons have been issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made.

We take no responsibility for lost luggage and highly recommend that you purchase baggage, health & trip cancellation insurance.

Tour Hosts:

Fahtiem is a multi-award-winning master instructor who performs internationally. She has been featured in Time Magazine, on TV, Commercials, Movies and numerous performance and instructional DVD's. Fahtiem is in several editions of Who’s Who of Professional and Business Women and 2000 Notable American Women. Students and teachers from around the world seek her out for guidance and inspiration. Her gift of Motivational Speaking is an essential component of her teaching method and format.

Angelika Nemeth is an internationally renowned performer and master teacher whose artistic legacy has significantly influenced Middle Eastern dance. She has previously sponsored and led tours to Egypt, Israel and Turkey and pioneered teaching accredited Middle Eastern dance classes at the college level. She directs the nationally acclaimed Angelika Nemeth Dance Ensemble (ANDE) and holds degrees in Education and Psychology specializing in the Transformational Arts.
